Fast and easy check-in process.
I was really frustrated when our reservation was messed up and we didn't receive the room type we booked, despite the hotel being quiet. Breakfast options were limited and overpriced, and I only managed to get a free breakfast with the coupons they provided. It would have been better if they offered some pet-friendly options too.

Room overbooking issues!!! Noise disturbances from outside can be grating!!! Consider lower parking fees and updating room layouts for better comfort!!!

Enjoyed the spacious room and the inviting pool area with fire pits. Staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, although the check-in process was somewhat disorganized. A bit disappointing that breakfast isn’t included, and the parking fees were unexpected at this price point.

The hotel boasts excellent proximity to UCSB and nearby beaches, making it a great spot for my visit. Parking access was straightforward, but the $15 fee felt unnecessary, especially with so many vacant spots. The lobby area had a welcoming atmosphere with nice decor. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, although we faced noise from neighboring rooms due to the thinner walls. The courtyard with fire pits and the inviting pool created a relaxing hangout spot after a long day. However, breakfast offerings didn’t impress and felt pricey, even with complimentary coupons. They could improve by offering more accessible dining options nearby. Check-in went well, though our room wasn’t ready on time. A bit frustrating but manageable. Overall, a decent stay with potential for improvement.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the cozy pool area and enjoyed rounds at Glen Annie Golf Club. The outdoor lounge was a perfect spot for evening chats. Just a heads up, breakfast options are limited, so come prepared if you're picky.
Check-in was a bit frustrating as our room wasn't ready when we arrived, despite it being past check-in time. We waited longer than expected, which was annoying.

The outdoor lounge area, with its cozy seating and fire pit, felt like a welcoming oasis. I really appreciated the easy access to the Bistro, where we enjoyed delightful meals in a lovely atmosphere.

The breakfast at the lobby cafe was solid, but remember to grab those free breakfast coupons! 🌮
We didn’t get the room type we booked, which was a bummer since the place was pretty quiet. Plus, breakfast options were limited and pricey, though those coupons saved the day! Would've liked a pet-friendly option too.
